What is the best thing to do with calipers and master cylinder that are froze. Is there a rebuild kit availabe? Should I scrap them and try to find fuctional parts on ebay?

Yes there are rebuild kits. HyperParts has them amongst others...
Pump grease through the loosened bleeder to get the piston out. If the slide pins are all seized then it may not be rebuildable. They can be very hard to get out.
Ebay is a crapshoot, best to look for really nice parts in which case 100$ for a working set is the norm.

I cleaned the front caliper and flushed old fluid with new. I then bled front and they work properly. I moved to the rear, took caliper apart and cleaned. I reassembled added fresh fluid. When trying to blead system I could not even get an air bubble or anything. It seems that the master cylinder is at fault. Does anyone know the cure? Thanks, Mikey
