going to begin ordering parts for my klt 200 restore soon. It is low on compression. I honed the cylinder and replaced the piston/rings/gaskets in march of 2005. It ran ok afterwords, but it spits and sputters now. I would like to bore it 20 over, as that will give me the compression i need for it to run again. I do not know what kind metal or lining the cylindr has. Is it ok to bore? what about hot spots? I would like to re-build the entire motor while i am at it. Where is the best place to order the parts ex: valves/springs/retainers/seals/crank bearings/clutch etc... There is a shop local called Performance motor sports (PMS) lol but they can only get a oem bore piston. Any help would be much appreciated

Dennis Kirk for the engine stuff, but I doubt you'll be finding much.

Looks like you're SOL as far as overboring it. Pick up another stock cylinder for it and rebuild it that way.
