how hard is to get the studs out? and what should i get it decked at???

With stud removing socket, it's as easy as removing any old bolt. Without usually damage is done to threads. If they are old and rusty, invest in new oem's. They are relatively cheap and haven't been beat up and stretched for years like the original studs. I replace studs in every performance build i do. Weather they look good or not. Don't get it decked at anything. Leave top and bottom surfaces alone. If surfaces are slightly damaged, only remove "enough" to clean it up, and nothing more. In many cases strange things begin to happen when cylinder is shortened.
