Did all years of the 250sx... 85, 86 and the elusive 87... all come with the rear storage compartment??

yes they came with the trunk but i believ the aftermarket fenders dont have them.

Like Brapp said, the Maiers don't have that deluxe OEM feature.

Is the '87 SX really Rare? I found one on Ebay this fall. Paid $1000, tank is perfect the thing runs and rides like new. I do need a different rear fender (the previous CUT holes in the plastic to put on a rear rack broke it and put red tape on it to make it "look better":crazy: )
If they are "rare" I guess I got a good deal.

PS: yes it also has a cover on the Glove box on the back

no they arent rare, less common than an '85 or '86 but not rare by any means

the 85's are verry common i have 3 fo them in my basement. but i have owned more 87's than 86's
