Loose sprocket hub

I have a axle from an 84 250r and the sprocket hub is loose. Not the steel part with the seal surface, just the aluminum part that the sprocket bolts to. It move just a bit in rotation, and also rocks laterally a bit also, but its not loose enough that its going to come off. Im worried about it moving and wearing my sprocket/chain. Is this going to be a problem? If so, how do i go about fixing it?

(I know the seal surfaces are wore!)

i wouldnt be to worried about it.

from new my 85 200x had a loose fitting sprocket hub and it only got worse with age but it never wore the sprocket funny

tighten axle....thats what I did and it went away.
