I would say the 200x is more stable because of the suspension. The old trikes are stiff and a little more tippy if you don't have enough weight to really lean in to a turn.

What the kinda cockamamie question is this?. They are 2 different animals - are you interested in getting your grandmother started in ATVing or something?. RIDE OR DIE YEAHHHHHH (Jons had a few beers tonight  :Beerchug )

The 200x is less tippy. One reason for this may be the fact that it has a wider rear axle, and a wider stance than the 200s. As roofinggun had said, the suspension also helps a lot. You really get throwen around on a solid axle machine when hitting bumps at a fast speed. My .02*

they are about the same width so the tires play a very important roll in tippy,,,, the stiffer the sidewall on a tire the more stable and rough the ride ... its a trade off you can't have both,,

The suspension makes the difference on the 200X (as far as being more stable) No matter how soft a tire you put on the 200s it not going to ride near as plush as the X.
