do a search on it, you can use the headpipe with alittle modding done to it, im in the process, and will be done tonight of putting a 450r silencer and midpipe on

how much bigger is the ports on the pipe do u have to bend it much or at all

I had to modifie the exhuast a good bit, make a new joining point and do alittle heating and bending and welding, its all sitting with paint on it drying and will put back together tomorow. But I did leave the factory 350x head pipes, just welded in the 450r pipe after the joint.

DO A SEARCH!!!! I did this about 3 years ago. Stock 400ex headpipe and whitebros canaster. If you look around you will find out, It was very easy, one bend and weld for the headpipe. Total time of modification took about 1 hour.

Agreed, I put a 400EX exhaust on mine and it was a piece of cake.
