Yes I am a poor man and this is my 3 wheeler 200s build up. It is NOT a frame down rebuild. The motor and frame are not coming apart. (At least not yet) This is being done while inside the frame on a running 200s that I drive almost every weekend. I received the 200s as a anniversary gift that also came with a parts 185 that was complete (BS). Anyway I will explain each change for each picture.

Picture #1L & #1R are what it looked like the night I got it. It ran but smoked abit from oil on the head and exhaust. Notice the high quality seat the previous owner built? :w00t: Got to love those sagging/sun beaten fenders. The handle grips Red and worn to the end of their life and then some. You cannot see it but the previous owner only had 1 front nut to hold the wheel on the axle. The chain was well sagging down and would flop off once in a 5 minutes ride. The motor has a ton of oil on head motor and front frame. Has the metal (ouch on my bear feet) foot pegs and one was bent and no doubt made the previous owner drive over his foot But hey they did move up and down. I bet you thought I would not say anything about the front fender being cut off!

Picture #2
Well now starts the process of changing things around and (Cheap mans upgrades). Parts coming from 185.
1. "Ouch foot pegs" are upgraded to nice "Soft foot rubber pegs". I have pics of me on it with no shoes but who wants to see that!
2. The OG seat has to go! Seat from 185 takes OG seats place.
3. The saggy fenders that make the nice rubbing noise need to be lifted. The 185 donated the fender lifting brackets (Thanks 185)
4. The RED handle grips are shot and need to go. Who would have known that the 185 wanted to trade for the RED shot grips for the nice black grips and the little metal knobs for the ends.
5. Added the missing front axle nut from 185. I feel safe going down the road now
6. Hid the old rear handle brake cable (For now).
7. The foot brake was black to boot so the chrome 185 took it's place. But sadly the 200s one does not fit on the 185. Guess I will have to drag my feet like the Flintstones to stop the 185 now :w00t:
8. Gas cap was filthy with crud on top so that was cleaned up. I know your upset I don't have a pic of that... And oddly enough when the crude came off the cap actaully made a breathing sound..lol (no BS)
9. Gas tank was loose. Tightened up.
10. The front fender had to stay as the one form the 185 was cracked and falling apart. If I would have tried to use it I would have likely been eating chunks of plastic while going down the road.

Picture #3.
11. Cleaned the frame abit.
12. Added a rear skid plate from 185.
13. Cleaned and painted the rear fenders.
14. Got a free Maier (Spelled wrong?) front fender that was RED to start but painted black (another coat was added 2 days later) to match rear fenders.
15. Found a "Honda" sticker that fit just right on the front fender.
16. Cleaned and fixed the little rubber pieces on the shocks.
17. Cleaned the Rims/Tires.
18. Cleaned the seat.
19. Got a set of free racks from my sisters boy friend who just tore apart his 3 wheelers
20. Got a set of head light brackets (Thanks 185)
21. Replaced the bad chain adjuster so now I don't throw my chain every 5 minutes :w00t: (Thanks again 185)
22. Cleaned some of the oil build up off the motor and exhaust pipe. No more smoking.
23. Added a tail light top the rear rack in custom location. Needs wiring to it though. ( Coming soon )
24. Added Voltage meter gauge. This is going to be for the auxiliary lighting system. Gauge was a donor from my old 68 Chevy truck. As I got the wiring issues figure out with it.
25. A mishap!! I lost one of the knobs on the end of the handle bar. :(
26. Repositioned the shift lever as it was to high when trying to down shift up. (Faster = down shift slower = up shift)

Picture #4
27. Painted thr racks.
28. Drilled and mounted the bottom of the front rack into front fork. I left the little pegs and stuffonthe bottom of the front rack because I liked the idea of having a place to hook the bungee cords/rope.
29. Changed the level of the front rack so that what ever was in the front rack would lean towards me for added stability. Besides I like it that way
30. Started to clean the exhaust pipe.
*Note yes I know the tank is from the 185 but I like how it flows do to the lower height seat. Looks bad ass if you ask me.
31. Moved the handle bars forward a little bit as I like the stance of it that way. Kind of reminds me of a Harley low seat high bars.. lol
32. Cleaned the fork chrome a little bit. But it needs some blue magic treatment done to them to make them shine. (This weekend)
33. I decided not to add the front brake setup as my dumb *edited* would hit them and go flying..

Picture #5 (Cleaned engine only)
34. Cleaned the engine today. A little bit. Will do more this weekend along with fork shining.
35. Added rear handle brake and cable. Thanks 185. (no pic yet though, this weekend)
36. Shined up the handle bar chrome abit also. (no pic yet though, this weekend)
37. Did oil change and added lucas oil treatment. Made the engine run quiter.
38. Remove exhuast pipe and there was a ton of left over weld in the pipe. With the left over weld in side the pipe the hole was maybe 1/2 inch or less in diameter. Ground the weld out and now it is full hole size again and has a hell of alot more power. :w00t: Cheapo performance upgrade!
39. She was pinging abit so I ran her out of gas and added 91 octane. Pinging gone. More power :w00t: Cheapo performance upgrade.
40. Cleaned and regapped plug. More power. :w00t: Cheapo performance upgrade.
41. The exhaust pipe is due to come off this weekend and be sanded down and painted chrome color with high temp paint.

That’s all for now till this weekend when I get more done and pics.
