Value of a nice Yamaha 225?

I think I may have ended my search for a 3 wheeler. I found a VERY NICE 225 Yamaha.Shaft,Elec start. machine is in very good shape. I just want to make sure I am paying what they are worth in this shape.

I think anywhere between $750 and $850 would be a good deal.

make sure the drive boot is sealing from the weather, check the hubs they come loose they are three bolt, and dont hit anything head on the forks bend very easly. other than that great trail bike.
