87 200x front hub same as 83-85?

Hi guys. My front axle is seized in my front hub pretty good. Instead of battling with it I am considering just purchasing a new hub. Will the older 200x front hubs fit the 87 200x? They "look" the same to me.

no, the bolt pattern for the front tire is different. Maybe the spacing is different too. I had a 85 atc250r with the front axle siezed in, I beat it out and in the same time the bearings and seals came with it. I got new bearings/seals, axle and I was ready to go.

you might to save the axle if you bring it to a machine shop and have them press it out. then new bearings/seals and you are ready to go. Remember on your new hub/axle, coat the axle with anti-sieze.

That sucks. I hate that not even the simplest things are not the same. Right now I have it soaking in WD40. I'll give a few days and see if it comes out.

They are different.I tryed swaping the 86 onto my 85.
