Do I need a wheel puller to time a 1983 atc 70 ?

Well when I rotate the wheel I can't see through the cutouts in the rotar ?

no I have my own bike to fix and saving to fix my own stuff, I know How to fix my own stuff or know people fix the things I need to be fixed, you can fix your bike if know how.

WHEN THE FLYWHEEL IS IN THE "T" POSITION the points are completely exposed and you can gaop them then,,, but to get them set properly you should use a timing light,,, if the points are new you can get away with gapping them,, if they are used a timing light will be the best route,,,,
