I just picked up 2 Honda's today for $150. 1 is a 84 110 and the other is a 84 125m. They are both from the original owner who said they have been in his shed for the last 10 years. They seem be complete. The rear axles on both seem to be locked up but they shift through all the gears. I cleaned up the carb and got the 125 running. I am not sure what would be the problem with the rear axles. Could they be rusted or what. Any suggestions on what to do first. Neither one will roll in neutral but when i put it in gear when it is running, it feels like it wants to go but does'nt move. Thoughts? I am going to take a look tomorrow. Also, the 125 has heated hand grips. Did anyone ever see these before? Thanks

Brakes could be locked up and/or the axle bearings.

The drum brake models have a habit of the linings seperating from the shoes when they sit for a long time. All you need is a new set of shoes and a little luck to get the drum off. Make sure you back off on the brake cable adjusters before you start.
