MY 82 250R unbelievable!!!!!

I just bought this 82 250R for $500. I didn't want to get too excited, because photos can deceive. But it was delivered and it's unbelievable! You can help me on this but the only thing I see that isn't stock is the seat. I've looked it over. And get this.......the engine has never been rebuilt. It has the factory 70mm original piston and rings in it!!! It still runs great. The tank has absolutely no dings int.Does anyone know if the front tire is original? I think the back tires are. PS I'm going to rebuild it soon. I don't want to push my luck.

Seat. bars and all 3 tires- not original missing exhuast shield. What's that under the right side of the tank ? I thought I was going to see a nice one when I read the title.

Nice bike, and a great deal too. That is a DG boost bottle under the tank, I have two of them. The reason it doesn't have a heat shield on it is because it has an aftermarket pipe on it. I have a DG pipe on mine and it has the mounts for the shield. I also have a Bassani pipe and it doesn't have the mounts. Hope this helps you out.
