If you had 90psi with the throttle wide open then yes it is low.

It does take a few tries and it should be held wide open throttle when you test it. 120lbs is where my buds 200X was when it wouldn't start right and sometimes we had to pop start it. I rebuilt it with a HC piston and Webcam and we got 165lbs on the compression gauge.... Yes, that is pretty low and needs to be rebuilt, probably just a piston and bore job.

I got mine at AUTOZONE for about 40$. But, it didn't come with an adaptor to do the smaller 4 stroke plugs. I had to make an adapter on my lathe.
I'd just do a search on Dogpile or other and make sure you can get the adapter for the spark plugs in many ATC's. I think it's about a 12mm thread with a 1.5 pitch but I'd have to check to be sure, just be aware of it.

I've got a full MATCO set, but then again, I'm a toolwhore. I think I saw a set in the Harbor Freight store for dirt cheap a couple weeks back when I was buying an engine stand.
