3m painter remover(make sure it can be used on plastics), if the paint is chipped in places you may be able to pressure wash it off.

NO NOT PAINT STRIPPER!! IT CAN HARM THE PLASTIC!!! goto a auto paint store and get urethane bumper stripper, its a paint stripper that will take the paint off of plastic parts without harming the subsurface

sounds dumb but if the paint is somewhat fresh and hasnt been there for years gasoline will take it off. It will dull the plastics but it will be enough to take off most of the paint. When I paint something and I dont like how it looks I take a rag soaked in gas and wipe it all off.

soaking it in a tub of water before you pressure wash it will soften the paint.

I am going to check that out syko - i did not know they made it.
