200x crank

anyone ever have bearings go out?:wondering
or snap a rod?-- mine turns rough- cam turns, but no piston-
the pistons at like bottom dead center, you cant hear anything as you turn it over- either
rods not movin nothing-
bore still looks ok from the plug hole- (i havent tore into it yet)--:mad: :mad:

any guesses-????
this pisses me off new bore/piston rings, cam! -- you name its new

broke in- and some hard riding -of course-lol
man she shure would run- i had a bad idle problem though- new carb kit didnt do the job either- and no no air leaks from the motor-
im a bike rider- but i miss my trike!!-lol
it was a trusty ole thing after the bugs were out--:(

I have seen a 200x motor that tossed the rod through the front of the case. :eek:

What happened when the motor stopped working?

it quit- checked the oil- had oil- turned over rough- then came out of it-
started it rode home shut it down- checked a couple days later-
started- a lil harder to turn over-
i figured i didnt give a @#@#@ so reved it worked ok- reved a lil more- snap chunk- (dead)--
kicked a couple times then locked up the kicker-
it would turn the clutch-
so i took off the mag cover to take a look- used a ratchet to turn it - it turned ok-
so i looked at the timing chain valves they all moved---

but no piston-!!
the piston was like bottom dead center---/ crank turns -- kickstarter side-,and mag- but no noise from the rod- and no piston movement-
so i need to tear into it- prolly wait untill next spring-:( as i dont have any money ,and dont want parts everywhere-

i know shouldnt have rode it but i just didnt care --i was pissed-
