200es top end rebuild????

I'm on the final part of rebuilding my 84 Big Red...the engine. I plan on only a topend rebuild to freshen it up, bottom seems tight when I inspected it.

So here's the question. I bought a cam kit for a xr200, came with new rockers, but the new rockers don't have the little extension on the exhaust rocker for the decompression lever. I assume xr200's don't have a decompression lever. Is it okay to reassemble this head with the xr200 rockers? What will be the differrence without the decompression lever? Will it still start with the electric starter? With the pull start? I will have a wiseco 10.25:1 piston.

Sorry to sound so dumb, this is my first 4-stroke rebuild. Chris

whats the diff between the br rockers and the xr rockers? (other than the decomp lever)

They look the same to me, except the little piece for the decompression lever. They look like they will work, if it won't be too hard to start.

Use em, put a new rope in the pull start, I rode one all winter in -30 with a 12:1 in it pull start no decomp every time,,
