Ive never had a Vesrah fail on me before, but theres always gonna be a bad one no matter how good the company is. Pop off the head and take a look, you might also have a groove in the head the waters seeping through?? Also, is the water gushing out, or is it kinda more like a small leak? And how many bolts is it coming from??

try a little silver seal in the fluid..I have had to do that on a few R motors that didn't have acorn nuts..they like to weep out of the stud hole.. 1/4 tube that it.. let it idle

Hey raffa, have you ever tried the oem 83 yz 250k head gasket? They are direct bolt ons and save ya $11 over the oem tri-z. It isn't multi layer sheet like the tri-z. For some reason they didn't feel it was needed on the bike? I don't waste my money on the oem tri-z gaskets anymore.

the 83 gasket is .60 uncrunched

thats a bike gasket.. the fiber one. OEM are metal.
I have 2 of them bike gaskets .. have allways used metal ... oem and aftermarket.. never had a head gaskit go bad.. like I said use some of that silver seal ..if that dont do it,, them pull the head!
was the surface clean? them fiber gaskets like to become part of the cylinder,
