Tecate fork oil

Does any one know the how much oil for the 84 85 T3 forks?
I hate to buy a manual the front end is about the only original thing on my Trike.

Per the Tecate manual:
Viscosity: 10w
Amount per side: 225mL, when changing oil
Oil level: 180mm + or - 2mm, from top of forks

I just changed mine: used Bel-Ray Fork Oil, 7w
