86/87 200X tank stickers ?

Want to make sure of something, are they (original ones that came on trike) clear coated over top from the factory ?

I see on my 84 R that is how they do it and want to know if Honda did it the same way on them, I imagine so, but want to be a 100% positive.

Also, can you measure the height and width of them for me ?

Hmmm, I just thought of this......I wonder if the ones at factory are of a flat, none gloss sticker since they are clear coated over and the ones we order are gloss jobs, anyone know ? .........and if they are gloss, then they can't be clear coated over I would think ?

if the decals are glossy, they cannot be coated over.
unless the application directions specifically say they can be coated over, it would be wise not to do so, otherwise it can and probably will ruin the job.

tried it once. toasted the clear in about 3 weeks. PEEL CITY :(
