i just got a 250es this weekend it had be sitting a while and the tank was pretty rusty so i cleaned it out the best i could and put a fuel filter on it i cleaned the carb out the slide was stuck my question is it will only idle with the choke on should i just get a rebuild kit or is there something else that could be wrong
