85R Kehin Jetting problems

I have a 85R.I bought a new carb and top end a few weeks ago.Yesterday,I bought a pipe (esr).what do you think i should rejet my carb to?

310 esr kit.
40.5 kehin carb.
esr Top end/mid range pipe.

All's I've ever heard is take it for a run, look at the plug, then go from there. That's all ya can do I guess.

i would start at a main jet around .175 and do the sparkplug test from there and work your way up.
