This guy brought this threewheeler over for me to fix the other day about 9:30 at night. when he started to pull it out I was like now way a tiger,,,but nope some wierd Maico three wheeler. my wife and mrs.moshman looke all over today for some info on this thing... If it is for real or somebodys' very good handy work any info would be very helpfull. I know it has the close ratio tranny (U) and the motor (4400990) meaning 440cc. frame 393.....but these #s do not match up on the Maico vintage page. Here are some pics...this bike is pretty ruff, but it looks like the front wheel is 250r the rear axle carrier, axle and hubs modified 84-85 T3, Maico fibergass fuel tank, the frame etc.

This is interesting, I never knew about this one. Has anyone else seen/heard of this?

Looks like someone stuffed a sled engine into it? I never saw a oem 3 wheeler that was that odd looking? The pipe and suspension just dosent look like something that maico or tiger would have used.

Looks like a stock frame, maybe with a Tricky Dicks conversion. Most of their conversions involved the stock frame and used both the rear shocks.

Someone took some time building. I know it is a stock Maico dirt bike frame and exhaust, motor, elec, tank, and seat...they just rotated the exhaust up and remounted it. If you look at the rear axle carrier it is hooked up to adj. strut to adj the chain.
