the guy is the second owner, said he fully rebuilt it and was the fist to rebuild it. good plastics n tyres he is asking us$700, think i might offer us$500. think that is a good price? are there any main problems with that model??

get some pics of it. then make your decison. if it runs and looks good, for $700 or 500, thats a damn good deal.
