85 ad pic with black fork boots??

Guys am i color blind or is it the picture quality or are those fork boots black??, i found it in a european french ad.

I think they are dark blue didnt some one blow it up on photoshop and confirm that
when i move my laptop moniter a bit it looks blue

i just put it on windows pain and blew it up. its a navy blue (real dark blue) .
