How to combat hard steering

I have noticed with my YTM 200 that it can be very hard to turn the bars either way when in motion. Now, I know its a freaking 3-wheeler and they aren't know for their steering capabilities, however, I'm wondering if a narrower tire would help the problem.

Right now I have a 8x11x8 Knobby on the front.

And yes, the neck bearings are fine as I can turn the front no problem when stopped.

Any thoughts?

8x11-8. sound strange
I know that my ytm-200e have a 25x12-9.
Doesn't those 200 came with 22x11-8 from the factory??? Not sure.
