Setting Carb Choke?

Has anyone got some tips on setting the choke, 1983 Yamaha-Trike-200

Is the choke adjustable??

Anyhow, if it is jetted correctly I do the same routine on every machine.

Cold engine I use full closed choke until it "farts" then half choke it will fire and I soon jump down to no choke and keep it running with the throttle.

If this doesn't work, you have a jetting problem (unlikely unless it got tinkered with) or more likely, you have a plugged jet somewhere. I'd take the carb off, remove every jet and clean every orifice and passage with true carb cleaner.
