Found In Barn - What is it?

Hey yall,

I’m looking for info on this trike that we pulled out of an old barn. I’ve included pictures to help identify what I have. I've never had a trike before so I'm excited to tear into it and see if it will run.

Info I found on the bike:
85 YAM36R0059 and another identification that starts JY1336R

I would like to rebuild it but my skills are limited. Any advice?
