200x Chain Length

ok so i got a 13 tooth front sprocket and a 35 rear what link count do i need its an 85 200x

im going with a 14/35 set up and rite now i have a 11/35 set up. when i did the jump from 11/40 to 11/35 i had to take only 1 link out and i tighten it up. so if you take one link out you should be fine. if you can wait till i get home tomorrow ill count the links for sure.

it is 86 links long with a 11/35 set up.

so if i have a 13/35 would 86 work because the stock 88 is way to big

yup but to be sure put the sprockets on then try the chain. if its too big cut 1 link out. then repeat.

whats the easiest way to take a link out

grind the pins down smooth, put the chain in a vise then use a center punch to knock the pins out.
