If its fouling plugs just putting around then your pilot is too large.
Adjust the size of the pilot then check your plug, repeat if needed...Jetting really isn't hard. You'll feel the change when you get it right.

with the colder weather, you will probably want it jetted a little richer since the air is more dense. But to get it right, you will probably have to make the adjustments in the cold weather :beer

Why don't you jet it now instead of letting it foul plugs? Correct jetting right now from your out of tune carb could net you a few hp gain. Then it would be easier to tune your carb this winter when your working from correct settings.

yeah i hear ya james, been tinkering with it some need to order up some pilots to take care of the plug problem, put a fresh plug in her and watch out its a beast then when you ride for awhile it fouls out, getting close to what i want from it but still when you ride around slow and hit slower trails she fouls out the plug its fast thou when you put a fresh plug in it.i can ride all day and use 2 plugs.

Your midrange and main are probably real close if its a runner when you hold the throttle open into the high revs.
What kinda carb you run Dig?
