Where's the radiators?

I believe he is going to weld nuts onto the frame so it can be setup like a 250r, beside the air scoops. Oil cooler is going up below the headlight.

if you look close the rads are there but thier off of a 250rin the usuaal location. and th emotor is a esr520 big bore with a sparks agressive cam and a bored out stock carb and a bills thunder series exaust. it dynoed liek 66horse on mr8race fuel

I see the radiators now that you say that. Awesome Job! I would like to see some close up pics of how you wedged the carb in it. I know on our two conversions it was TIGHT!

66 HP on a stock 350X swinger should be FUN. Nice work, looks like a 04-05 TRX engine? You must have a newer style stock carb on there If It's bored. Did you have fun putting that HUGE harness on It also? Thats the part I remember most about doing my 350x/450r.

well for the moment i still ahve to go trough it and fix a bunch of small quirks but as far as the airbox/carb set up i cut the shock mount and l moved the entire tube back abotu an inch and 1/2 and lowere dit 3/4 of an inch for clearance. and the carb i have on it is of fthe crf dirtbike i belive i am not 100% sure. and as far as the cradle i just cut and tweaked a few parts and made it slightly diffrent . i am thinkign abotu welding a solid piece of 1/4 inch steel plate on the entire bottom to hold it alltogether better. and just cuttign holes in it for the oil plug and the oil cooler lines. but it is still far from complete. but this is just the progress thus far. i may end up using a 450r swinger in the future but thats a little ways off yet. and i do belive i have to shim the valves and i can freshen up the motor also. like i said its a ways from beign done. this is mor eor les sthe fab stage.

Same. Just not convinced about the fourstrokes yet. Really need some more seat time on one.

They got sack.alot of it.
The only thing that concerns me is the reliability of these new four strokes. When they blow,Get your wallet out,and a friends wallet, etc etc.
