is the stock xr200 cam bigger than the stock 200x cam

Bigger in what way?? There are posts about it being an upgrade for a stock 200X that would work best with an open AB lid and UNI air filter and a better flowing exhaust.

No one has ever raved about the XR200 cam but supposedly it's better than stock 200X cam and available used so it's an option other than the Webcam.

But I'd imagine a WEBCAM would perform a quite bit better than the stock XR200 cam.

you could get the cam on ebay for about $50 or so, i was told it was higher performance then a xr200 cam.
