Please ID this carrier and axle

Just a quick question, this thing came with my 86 250R roller, along with a few other parts. can anyone tell me what this thing is for sure? the carrier is 7.5 inches wide. the collar where it clamps are about 3.4 inches the axle is 36 inches long. and where the bearings rest is 1.570 in diameter. the bearings are tapered. I cant read the number on them. theres a number stamped in the carrier 981375. and theres a grease zerk in the middle of it. This thing came with a swing arm, it wasnt a solid one piece pivot like the 200x. but it was so repaired and cracked I just threw it away. count the splines on the axle, 250r I beleive is 24 and others 200x300ex400exblaster triz etc etc are 23? its early and im not thinking clearly yet.

It isn't stock. Axle looks fat the whole distance and the carrier has blind holes instead of slots.

I thought for Honda it was 25 and 26 splines but Syko may be right....
