not sure whats going on here but o well. quad is by far the best atv mag ever. awesome photos. articles with no advertisements crambed in them. very well done. if we could only get them to do a centerfold of a threewheeler now that would be cool!

LOL,,,, submiting a picture to "letters" in dirtwheels hardly compares to a 7 page layout:lol:

i get dirtwheels, i think its nothing but advertizing with a few artilces inbetween,,,, i think its a waste of money,, you could get one a year and not miss anything. also when was the last time dirtwheels featured a trike ?

I for one, think that QUAD magazine is one of the best ATV Mags available. Their photos and articles are tons better than Dirtwheels.

Congratulations to the .ORG crew and the members that made it in ink! Hope you guys buy extra copys. I know i'm buying a subscription to QUAD mag, just because they did your feature.

HATS OFF!!!:beer :w00t: :beer

I agree with people who say that QUAD is a better magazine than Dirt Wheels or ATV Action. They have ads, but the whole magazine is overall better-looking than either Dirt Wheels or ATV Action, there isn't a freaking advertisement on every page, and it's just overall pleasing to the eye.

Here is the thread from the .org site on the Quad mag, wich includes the comments of those who actually made it in. AWESOME!!:

And here is a copy of the Quad magazine write up below. It is way cool that .org was able to get this much 3-wheeler publicity on one of their rides, and I highly congratulate them for that. It doens't matter if your a .com, .org or both, we are all out here for the same thing, to promote the friendly sportmanship of keepin the 3-wheelin spirit alive. :w00t: :w00t:
This article as totally awesome!!

I have to say this is the best article i have seen in like 20 years for trikes - congratulations to all that made it in this mag. I wish i could get my bikes in there with ya. You should all be proud. The recent aussie article was great too but this hits close to home in the "banned US".

The way it was written was fantastic.

Dirtwheels was the hot mag in the 80s, but have to agree - mostly ads and poser pics now. I do like Quad Mag now that they did this article. I'll be buying my first Quad mag once it arrives on shelves here.

I moved some posts out of this thread to a new one in the open forum. Those of you interested in that topic can check it out, post your thoughts on it if you wish.

Congrats to all of you featured in the photoshoot/article and that were present for it. Pretty big step, outreach wise.

I want you to meet some of these people!

Dunerash, highlighted in features, is a supreme rider! Pushed my dum butt down a big hill, still wont forgive him for that! Very laid back and definatly knows how to party, and can do the jig quite well.
The first page Bruce! He is Actnuts bro. One of the better riders and campers. My kids absolutly adore these guys and cannot wait to camp with them. They spoil em rotten with their cooking. My daughter will follow ATCnut just about anywhere on the dunes. They always setup the best camps too.
The 200s in peices I had the priviledge of meeting on this last ride.. He goes by 3wheelergod on .org. He had a hyper 2 year old (I think) and an adorable pregnant wife who look quite cute chasing the little one. He hasnt been on much, but I know that baby was due not too long ago. He made the most awesome peach cobbler..
The 90 in the page was extremly neat looking speciman and the guys that rode into town on these made no bones about it. They had several different trikes and definatly knew how to take very good care of them..
Wild200x is the priveledged roller in the sand. I can guarantee that was not the worse that happened with that trike that weekend but needless to say he is an extremly good rider. Trust me he walked away from every ride, and I see that alot on these 3 wheelers. Sand is indeed generous when we tumble. He definatly makes it look good. But then I expect nothing less from Ted, he is top of the line as a rider.
You all of course know the 70 Kasey's. I am positive you will see alot more of this trike (and others) in future rides. Not to mention Kasey is pretty much in my mind a non comparable as a rider. He is just that good.
This is only a fraction of what happens on rides in general. If you all do not attend them then trust me you are missing alot especially meeting down to earth people like these..

I only highlighted some of the peeps from the mag, now times that by about 60 trikes we had out there and you have an awesome group of people to ride with. They are all unique and cool.

If you want to see more of the picts from the ride Rampage 07 Check it out here. http://www.3wheeler.org/vb/showthread.php?t=28268&highlight=rampage

Attend rides in your area!
