I just rebuilt my top end and before I was running a 108 Main and Needle in the Leanest position and ran fine with no dead spots at all .Now it stumbles bad on bottom with needle leaned out all the way and Im down to a 100 Main . It gets better every time I go down on the Main but just seems like a big jump in jets. Could the timing being off cause something like this . Ive tried adjusting the C
DI .It helped some but not completely. Ive got a 98 and 95 Jet ordered. Thanks for any advice.

Did you seat your rings and change the oil yet? The compression and power will increase when your rings seat.

My plugs were pretty black and wet . I also found I had the valves adjusted to tight and wasn't closing all the way . My plug does look alot better with the 100 jet and it runs strong with no poping or bogging on the top end . I have the 98 jet in and will try tommorrow.

Incase anyone is looking at this I found the problem. My timing was off . I moved my Cam gear over 1 tooth to the right and put it back together . It ran good .I had to go back with the 110 Main get and 40 Pilot jet with Needle in the leanest position. It is unreal how much difference it made. Now it flat out gets it . No bogging any wear and will easily pull the front end in 3rd.
