We went on big ride this weekend, had lots of fun. Sometime during the weekend I rammed a stick through the cv joint boot on my 525. I kept riding with not much worry.

Went to the dealer this morning asked if it was covered by warranty, he said no. But he sold the boot to me at cost, I also asked how much a repair manual was for it. He said oh no problem I have an extra CD service manual I will just give you. I get this kind of service from them all the time, free jets, free tether switch. I just had to tell someone about my experience this morning.

They Country Feeds in Montezuma Ks. http://www.countryfeeds.com/shop/index.htm

Some pictures from this weekend also. http://quadsbeer.proboards79.com/index.cgi?board=riding&action=display&thread=1188848919

I needed a master link one time, and the dealer closed in like 10 minutes, and I live 30 min away.....A guy from the parts department offered to meet me half way with it, after they closed, and he gave it to me for free....That's good service right there.....

I wish our Polaris dealership would do something like that! Usually they don't give 2 ****s about what kinda problems you have.

I normally have good luck at my Honda Dealer (I worked there for 6 yrs), and well I am married to the parts manager at the Kawi Dealer so she hooks me up pretty good. lol

There are still some good dealers out there and they understand that word of mouth is great advertising. I was once told that a customer is more likly to tell 10 people of a bad experience and only one of a good experience.
