Will that swap work? I just need to know for troubleshooting purposes.

no,,, 350x hubs have a slightly different offset ,,,brake discs are in a different location ,,,

It would work without the front brake though right? I just need it on there long enough for a test ride. It doesn't have front brakes right now anyway. As long as the wheel is centered it would serve the purpose I need.

i have a 250r hub, disc, and rim on the frot. I had to put 1 washer behind the brake caliper. to space it out with the disc. Realy not hard kasey 2 washers and bam im good to go.
