Is this a 350x engine????

The guy has this posted as a 200x engine but what is the thing that looks like a mini radiator in the front? I noticed on the specs page that the 350x had an "oil cooler" .

looks like someone added their own oil cooler, howdy added one on a few of his bikes too.. reduce the temp 20%! snag it up if you need an engine!
