Well today the Big Red 200E Developed a pin hole leak (Actual it looked like dirt and I flicked it off to find the pinhole).

As of current I got some JBweld curring over the surrounding area. Spent some time checking the tank over, and the only spot from the inside appears to be the one.

Now assuming the JB weld doesnt work, I'll Probally go with a plastic tank.

All I can find for a picture of a plastic job is a Clarke tank (fits all the 200's but the S model) for $140 3 Gal

A 200 model tank on Beatrice Cycle for $80 ? Gal

And of course IMS makes Tank but I cant find a picture at the low low Price of $225 # Gal

Anyone have any experience with these tanks??

Closest to stock appearance wise??

I remember years ago there used to be an 2 part epoxy (sp) that you would mix up and put on the inside of the tank and it would give it a coating that would fill up the small holes. I cant remember the name but someone else might know it. I know it works becuase I had to use it before on a tank that was rusted out from the inside.

you can do a little braze weld to the hole, and then redcoat the inside and the tank will work for another 25 years or you can send it to me to restore.
