Trying to get a little more speed in the Top end of the 350X so I wanted to go up a Tooth in the front to a 14 and keep the Rear at 40....However,,,,,the 250R Sprockets I have Seen only go to 39......The 350X front Sprockets only go to 14....So that means(in my mind) that I will have to be Satisfied with the Same speed....????? I have only checked Denis Kirk....Anyone Run bigger than 39 on their 250R???? If so what Company.....

Thanks,,,

If you want more top speed and you can't find a bigger front sprocket, why don't you just buy a smaller rear sprocket? Two or three teeth smaller on the rear will have the same effect as one bigger on the front.

Not sure what yer thinkin but if you want to go fast go up in the front or down in the back...sunstar has the widest variety from what ive seen. Im lookin for like a 42 for the back of my R but 39 is all i see. Im goin local and havin a dude cut a sprocket for me...almost cheaper than buyin one too.

10-4 people thanks for the Replies.....I think Im gonna Try a 14-37 and go form there.....I still like the Low end Grunt but wanna keep up with everyone out on the Flats without Winding her out for a Mile.....Or do you think I should stick with the 13????

just go more motor!

But it already has more than you can Handle:lol:

But Seriously.....This Trike runs like a Top....I have done nothing to it for 3 yrs but change the oil, Adjust the Valves and change the Plug...The normal maintenance....If thought about doing some Mods to it but after I think about how Reliable it is I dont want to touch a thing....
