well heres the trike I am still trying to iron out a trade for it my buddy isnt even into trikes but he knows this is a good one so my price will go up some but he does owe me some favors he also got a great 99 450 honda quad for 700 it looks awesome the tecate really needs a rear axle rear brake caliper and someone gorilla glued the magnets to the flywheel and needs a new rotor also need some rear wheels

Is the radiator setup in the older tecates similar to older (early 80z) liquid cooled Yamaha YZs....like with the coolant going through the steering stem?

Hoses right from the rad to the engine, not through the frame.

I asked about the axle cuz you said it was bent. Its aftermarket extended by the looks of things.

Can you post a picture of the shock strut? Something looks different, not sure if it has a 86/87 strut or its an after market part or a homemade part.

ya but the right side has a big crack iv got a plastic welder just be hard to find green rods I sanded a small spot on the tank looks like it will polish out ok anyone know why it says Kayata on the tank looks like a sticker is that a aftermarket company surely its not some kind of factory racer lol

Looks like a pretty stock T3 to me, factory expansion chamber and everything. Definately not Factory race bike material.

It probably says Kayaba, which would be the suspension manufacturer Kawasaki used, just like Honda would be Showa
