well i got it running today w/o the head pipe just to see if all the gears work n holy o man was weelieing through all gears the new primary clutch i got fits perfect its a tank w a caddy travel ppl were looking when i got it running i never seen somany ppl right now im def because it was loud:twisted: ill have:pics: soon its looking rugged

i got my 250es running today it was down for the whole winter but now i have a problem how do i adjust the secondary clutch on it it was working but now it wont move i took the clutch off and now there was a bolt bent i put another one in it n i donno how tight i go on them thats the best englist i can give

lol sorry. i dont use the comp much, im mostly on the trike or fixing it. ill try harder on here ok. #1. prob i have is the secondary clutch. it was working, but then it wouldnt go in gear. so i took the cover off and noticed a bolt came loose. it was bent, i took the bolt out. i put another one in n i tightend it down. its working now, but when i put it in gear. it takes off w no hesitation. i donno if i got it too tight or if its just right

if you cannot hold up on the shifter and stay in a neutral state then it is too tight. Loosen up the nut then loosen up the bolt 1/8 of a turn at a time till it stays in neutral with the shifter held up and doesn't slip on top end

ok ill do that tomarrow. its too dark now.
