I did a search and came up empy handed. I was looking for some feedback on ASV levers and perches. I recently pulled the trigger and got a refurb'd clutch lever and perch and a refurb'd brake lever on evilbay. They are fully rebuilt from ASV and come with a 1 year warranty. And they sell for dirt cheap prices. Granted the levers and perch may not brand new, perfectly anodized, shiny or so on. But i got both for under $70 bucks. The clutch lever and perch is a C5 series and the brake lever is an F3 series for a yfz. I will be running a YFZ master cylinder on my Tri-Z project.

I just checked out that link. I really like the looks of these but they are pricey. Is it worth the money? I mean levers are usually the first thing to break after a rollover. (talking from experience :naughty: )

Also, does it come included with the master cylinder and whatnot?

Yo chris check this link out to evilbay

This is where i got mine. There are levers for all sorts. I just got a generic model C5 series for my Tri-Z. Then i bought the F3 series brake lever and rotating clamp for my YFZ master cylinder.

chris these levers wont break. They will rotate before cracking and the lever flips in the opposite direction incase of anything happening. They are awesome to have as a sponsor

Syko, how would I go about setting up the choke on my PWK to use the hotstart lever as the actuator?

Well I finally recieved these levers in the mail and wow. I would never buy a new one again as long as they sell refurbs on ebay less than half the price. They look NEW. Oh so nice. I am running a yfz450 master cyl on my z and a one size fits all clutch lever and perch. I powder coated the perch and master cyl black. Here's what it will look like. Just mocked up on some ragged old bars.

Looks good.

So let me get this straight, a honda throttle housing on a yamahammer? yeah good idea to go with the upgraded parts  ;)

Nah its just something i powdercoated today and rebuilt with some new bushings a seal and some nice new stainless bolts. Just threw it on to see how it looked. But if you wanna pull a big carb you have to use the honda on the yamaha in order to pull the slide all the way up :)
