In my 185 s i had to order a Pro X piston and its .5 mm bigger r they a good piston and will i notice a power increase at all?

Yes, i think they are just as good as wiseco, you will notice a difference because your going from a tired motor to a fresh one. If you had a bike with a fresh std piston and then another with the .5 i dont think you could really tell the difference between the 2.
