This is my current daily desert cruiser. After i get another bike (hopefully soon) this trike will get a top end rebuild and a good spit and shine.

WARNING!!! You are about to look at one of the ugliest 185's ever!!

This is the only after market part, I took the whole the air box system and put on a direct filter, It breathes way better than before!

I am going to sprinkle $200 on this trike and it will not look the same when I'm done.

My grandfather, who recently passed away, Bought this for my uncle in 2002 for $100. He got a carb rebuild and some new tires and it ran perfect for the next 2 years. Somehow the spark timing got knocked off and we didn't touch it for it awhile since we had some other machines to play with.

Well, i started thinking about how much fun i had on this trike when i was younger, so me and my cousin pulled out the book and got it running. I been riding it since.

This is the first ever machine i ever rode, It got me into riding pretty quickly, Soon i got a 125 pit bike, and then that 350x, the 350x was fun until my step dad effed the carb up. and from the 350x to a cr250, and the cr250 to the yz490 and yz465.

This bike has a place in my heart:iluvu:

EDIT: Can anyone tell me what that tank is off of? I put it on there because it was a direct bolt on and it had a wide mouth.

not bad. put a few dollars into it and you should have a good rider. its amazing how a 27 year old machine can keep on going. i know mine still starts right up with one or two pulls every time. i especially like it cause it was only made one year.:beer

Eh its basically the same thing as a 185S

Believe it or not, this bike will start first pull cold when it is 40 degrees outside in the winter. I rarely have to choke the engine.

This trike has been through 3 foot whoops, i've jumped it, i flipped, i hit another quad with it, i rolled it down the side of a hill. I basically beat the hell out of this bike. But it keeps going, all original parts toos. Original top end and it still kicks out great compression.
