Atc70 Throttle

When I start the trike it runs wide open . I took the cable out of the top of the carb and the needle fell out. I don't know much about working on these things. Please help! Thanks

If the needle fellout, then the clip (e-clip) is missing or fell off. Th eclip holds the needle in place and is used to adjust the needle height. If the clip is there then maybe the retaining clip that holds the whole thing together is missing. Here is a link to a parts diagram.
