1984 ATC200X. Can anyone please tell me what the Honda part number is for the needle bearing for the countershaft on this bike. This is the bearing that goes in the right case half, opposite of the sprocket. I looked all through the fiche for this bike and can not find it. When I typed a number off it (HK1512V2) on Google, I found a few hits from Chinese Honda 200 knock-off engines, but that's it.

I think it's Honda 91052-ZV4-003. I know the NTN/BCA part is HK1512. Anyone back this up?

The original Honda part number is 91106-399-000 and was replaced by 91106-383-003. I'm in the process of replacing my 200x bearing from a donor eninge. Harbor Freight sells the bearing puller (around $75, slide hammer type), works good and got the job done without damaging the bearing. I purchased the Grainger.com bearing part number HK1512, waiting to see if it's an exact match

Fun fact: I just took a look at my 85 200x bearing, has Japan 15x23x12 NTN 2U05081031- I couldn't find this number online anywhere
My '83 XR200 bottom end that I am using has bearing size 15x21x12 , so there is an O.D. difference of 2mm.

I just received my '85 200x bearing in the mail, I ordered a NK1512, also known as BRG051 for Kiden, Lexmoto, Romet, Zontes. It measures 15x23x12 and has 14 rollers (needles) instead of 12. If you can't find anything else this will do. So the 83 xr200 uses the HK1512 and 85 200x uses the NK1512, just a letter different in the part #.
