Can i put liquid gasket or sumthing of that sort on the clutch cover in stead of gettin a new gasket?

yea but make sure it dont block off any of the oil ports. other than that it should be ok. make sure you use high temp stuff.

Yes, you can. The best I've found is Caterpillar Form-A-Gasket. Just whatever you end up using take the time to scrape it off from the outside of the cases so its not all smooshed out and nasty looking.

is it ok if some falls inside the case when running?

on some engines you need the thickness of a gasket to clear all the internals. just sealer would be to thin for them.
