Help Please!!!!!

I have a 1985 Honda ATC 125m and need to adjust the chain tension.

How do I do this????

If it's like the ATC 110, you have a chain idler on the lower part of your chain on the left side. But, the tension is actually adjusted from the right side. Between the right footpeg and the axle, you'll see a plate with a very long slotted hole in it. There will be a nut that holds the plate from moving. Loosen the nut until you can move the plate. Raise the plate up to tighten the chain, or lower it to loosen. This can all be done without removing the chain guard on the left side. Just remove the large rubber access plug on the upper side of the guard to check the tension. Re-tighten the locking nut and you're done. Takes about a minute. Again, this is how the 110 chain is tightened, not positive about the 125. If the 125 is different, someone feel free to correct me. These were actually the easiest trikes to tighten the chain.
