Ditto on the points, clean them with some fine sandpaper and set them to .014" or so should be good, dont know the exact specs for the bike. Aside from the rear plastic it looks like a good solid machine.

i put a new spark plug in it.

they dont look bent to me... it could be the photos. (i have the front wheel turned to the right a bit in the photos)

check the points

i looked the points over and they look clean and that... il take a look again, and if you want i can take some photos of the points for you.

Looks like you have a solid machine to start with. On the spark issue, check the coil wire, plug cap, wire harness, and grounding points. Those things can rot over time and produce a weak spark, if any at all.

on one of my 110s my plug wire was bad I grabbed another worked great. My 185s had a bad pick up.

occasionally the kill switch shorts out, but that's not probable.

As we say on Ebay... Great shape for a 28 year old bike!!! :)

Do you have an ohm meter? If not id look into buying one, also get a repair manual, they are worth their weight in gold, maybee someone with a scanner can send you a copied copy of one if you dont have much funds.

i am going to be cleaning the carb next, do any of you have a repair manual (is that what they are called?) for the carb? i have never taking apart a carb befor so i really have no clue what to do haha.
